Delivery Times
Petydore uses Express Couriers for fast tracked delivery. We aim to deliver in 2 working days but usually next day. Allow an extra working day or two for rural deliveries.
International - The ETA is 5 - 7 working days for most countries.
Dispatch
We pride ourselves in getting your goods out the door and on the way to you, where they belong. If the order is placed during the week and before 2pm the order is dispatched same day. Otherwise dispatch is next working day.
Once the order is dispatched we will send you an email to keep you updated along the way.
Who pays for international import duties and taxes?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Petydore has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.
Within the order packaging, you will find a Returns Note with details of your order together with details of our returns process. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Services Team on:
